Treat your birthday Prince or Princess to a Scarborough Renaissance Festival style Celebration!
There are two package options to choose from to make all your birthday wishes come true. A private pavilion is available for your party along with a wide choice of optional services that allow us to customize your party. Admission to the Festival is also included in both packages.
Birthday Party packages are designed to accommodate 10-34 guests and prices range from $28 – $40 per child (ages 5-12) and $44 – $55 per adult (ages 13+), plus a $200 Pavilion rental fee.

Picnic & Group Events
Scarborough Renaissance Festival will treat your group like royalty and transform an ordinary event into a magical experience!
A private pavilion is available for your event along with a wide choice of optional services that allow us to customize your event. Options include scrumptious buffets, entertainment, music and more. Picnics require a minimum of 35 adults and prices begin at $36 per child (ages 5-12) and $50 per adult (ages 13+), a $300 Pavilion rental fee, and include admission to the Festival.

Consignment
For companies with 50 or more employees, Scarborough Renaissance Festival offers a special consignment program. The program offers your employees the opportunity to arrive at the Festival with tickets in hand while enjoying a significant savings off gate admission prices.
You can choose between physical tickets or digital tickets with company specific promotional codes. All tickets are valid anytime during our 2023 season. Scarborough Renaissance Festival also provides you with all the materials needed to promote the program.
