Student Days

A Unique Field Trip Experience

2021 Student Days Information:

Thank you for your interest in Student Days at Scarborough Renaissance Festival. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic situation and in an effort to keep our participants and patrons safe, we have opted to cancel our traditional Student Days for 2021. Instead, we are inviting our past attendees to join us on Sundays during the 2021 Festival season at a discounted rate.

Please keep in mind that Scarborough Renaissance Festival will be operating its normal show day schedule. There will not be any contests or competitions in 2021. Also, as Sundays are normal operating days, there will be PG-16 shows and things that may not be suitable for children. There will be no teacher’s lounges available and alcohol is available for purchase for patrons who are 21+ in a number of open pubs & taverns. It is up to the Parent or Guardian to keep the child from experiencing these situations.

There are several options available to those interested in purchasing tickets for Student Days:

Public and Private schools able to take Field Trips:

  • If allowed by your administration to take a field trip, make a reservation as usual, and your tickets will be mailed to you as soon as payment is received.
  • Your tickets will be good any Sunday during the 2021 Season

Public and Private schools not able to take Field Trips:

  • We would like for you to offer this opportunity to your students to come with their families on any Sunday during the 2021 Season.
  • Reservations are required and need to be made through our Student Days coordinator.

The Royal Court and villagers welcome, and in fact relish, discussions about daily life in the Renaissance. Our downloadable curriculum guide is full of information, exercises, and studies about the Renaissance that will enrich the educational experience, including activity modules in math, science and poetry.
